A Dryden Food Bank program is getting a healthy boost from the Dryden Rotary Club.
The Food Bank’s “Protein Program” is receiving 75 hundred dollars via the club’s Charity Foundation. The Foundation distributes funds raised through Rotary Radio Bingo, heard Thursday evenings on CKDR.
The Dryden Food Bank distributes over 500 hampers to assist local families each month.
The Food Bank donation is the latest from the Dryden Rotary Club which has distributed over a million dollars to local causes since Radio Bingo started a dozen years ago.
