A speaker at this week’s Northwest Ontario Forest Council meeting
believes the Region is missing an opportunity in the value added-sector.
Dr. Bakhitar Moazzami says Southern Communities have done well with
little wood resources, while forest rich Northern communities have dropped
the ball.
