A forest fire has closed Nungesser Road.
The MTO says the closure is at the Highway 125 and Nungesser Road intersection.
The fire itself is about 50 kilometers north of Red Lake near Nungesser Lake.
Currently there are 28 forest fires burning in the Red Lake District and the fire hazard is in the extreme range.
