Forest Fires Continue To Burn

Forest fires continue to be an issue in Northwestern Ontario.
Seven new fires sparked this past weekend.
There are 26 active fires in the region.
The Ministry of Natural Resources is concerned with the number of human caused fires.
Information Officer Debbie MacLean says folks must make sure their campfires are put out.
The end of the forest fire season is October 31st.
