Forest Fires

The fire situation in NWO is heating up again.
Despite recent rains, the Ministry of Natural Resources says conditions are very dry with more than 20 blazes being attended to across the region.
Most have been started by lightening strikes so far.
MNR Information Officer, Debbie McLean says the hazard is increasing & the public need to be careful if out in the woods over the weekend.
