An interim report on the future of the forest industry has been handed to the Minister of Natural resources.
David Ramsay set up the Forestry Council back in January to study the problems facing lumber companies and mills in northern Ontario.
Dave Canfield is one of the council members and is hoping the Minister takes action soon on some of their recommendations.
