A former Provincial Police officer who worked in Minaki and Whitedog First Nation near Kenora already standing trial for alleged sexual crimes committed decades ago now faces additional charges.
The OPP announced yesterday that 62-year-old Robert Lewis now faces sexual assault and forcible confinement charges in connection with alleged incidents between 1983 and 1985.
Lewis worked in this area in the ’70’s.
