Former English River Miners star Ryker Moreau will be playing University hockey this season.
Moreau has commited to play for the Simon Fraser Clan in the BCIHL.
The native of St. Albert, Alberta was the face of the Miners for the past three seasons.
Moreau is the franchise leader in games played, goals, assists, points and penalty minutes.
During his tenure with English River, Moreau won team awards as Most Dedicated, Community Involvement and Leading Scorer.
Miners Coach and GM Derek Sweet-Coulter says Moreau has a tireless work ethic and has earned the right to play university hockey through hard work and dedication.
