Former Supreme Court Justice Called Upon

An aboriginal leader says he is pleased with the Attorney General’s move to look into why aboriginals are shut out of juries.
Nishnawbe-Aski Deputy Grand Chief Terry Waboose says too many First Nations people are charged and too few sit on juries.
The province has asked former Supreme Court justice Frank Iacobucci to look at the issue and come up with ways to fix the problem.
