Fort Frances could see fewer buses

Fewer bus passengers along the Highway 11 corridor between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay has prompted Grey Goose Bus Lines to consider reducing service.

Company spokesperson Brad Sheppard notes Grey Goose wants to reduce service to once daily Monday to Friday along the route.

Sheppard adds other factors for the bus line include rising fuel and insurance costs.

Public hearings will be held shortly before the Manitoba Transport Board which will help determine a possible reduction in service.
