Fort Frances High Evacuated

A teenager is in police custody after an incident at Fort Frances
High School that sent some students to hospital.
About 950 students were forced to evacuate the school Wednesday morning.
OPP say an unknown substance was released in a stairwell at the school.
Principal Gord McCabe believes the substance was some sort of pepper
spray, but police are doing tests to confirm.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested, but no charges have been laid.
