First a Muskie, now an Otter.
Fort Frances Muskie star forward Joe Basaraba was selected 22nd
overall by the Erie Otters in the Ontario Hockey League draft on the
weekend.
The 6 foot 2, 170 pound centre scored 8-goals and 12-assists in 12
regular season games with the NWOSSA champions this year.
Other Northerners picked late in the draft include Carson Dubchak of
Kenora, Schreiber’s Greg Trichilo, Marshall and Mitchell Fox of Thunder
Bay and Cody Fraser of Thunder Bay.
