The Fort Frances Muskies used home ice to their advantage downing the Dryden Eagles 9-2 Friday night in Game 1 of the Best-of-3 Boys Hockey Final.
Jay Tremonti opened the scoring for Dryden before Fort Frances responded with 4 unanswered goals.
Brendan Church cut the lead in half with a great individual short-handed marker, before the Muskies ran away with things.
The Eagles will look for revenge Sunday afternoon as Dryden entertains the Muskies.
Puck-drop is 4:00 at the Dryden Memorial Arena.
