A Rainy River School Board trustee is defending his decision to disclose information publicly about changes to senior administration severance packages.
The board is expected to decide next month whether Fort Frances trustee David Kircher (KERR-churr) violated the Trustee Code of Conduct.
The changes were made by the former board of trustees during an in-camera meeting in November, and their action disclosed when the new board took office in January.
Kircher says the amendments have the potential of costing the board 1-point-3 million dollars.
