A family friendly event will raise awareness for Child and Family Services.
On March 5th, the Kenora-Patricia Child and Family Services will be hosting a build a snowman project in an effort to represent every child that still needs a foster home in the area.
District Resource Supervisor Ruth Eskritt says nobody that takes part in the event will be pressured to sign up to be a foster parent.
Eskritt also says that any items of clothing brought to decorate the snowmen will be laundered and given to people in need at a later date.
