Dryden Police say foul play was not a factor in the death of a 17-year-old girl earlier this week.
Police say the young woman, originally from Vancouver, was taken to Dryden Hospital by friends on Wednesday after becoming extremely ill.
She died shortly before getting to the hospital.
Police say an autopsy determined she died of complications from an abdominal disease.
