More fuel to the electricity argument in Ontario.
A report from the Fraser Institute says electricity prices have risen 71 per cent since 2008, the greatest increase of all provinces.
The study also finds prices have increased 2.5 times faster than incomes.
The Conservative think-tank says the the increases are directly tied to the phase out of coal, poorly structured green energy contracts and other policy decisions.
