Fraud Conference

Police officers and business leaders from across the Northwest will
be discussing phone scams and other types of fraud at an annual conference
in Thunder Bay starting Wednesday.
Sergeant Peter Milian says the 2-day meeting will highlight various
prevention techniques.
He adds the latest trends in detection will be on the agenda.
Phonebusters will also be on hand to advise delegates about the
latest telemarketing scams that are out there.
