A public meeting is scheduled for Thursday night at 7 at St. John’s Catholic
School to discuss the french language program in Red Lake.
School Board Spokesperson Ginette Gagnon says french ‘first language’
classes will now be available at Red Lake District High School.

25-kids from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 are currently enrolled in
the program at St. John’s and Gagnon expects a smooth transition to Grade 9
and 10.
