A 45 year old North Bay truck driver faces charges following a single vehicle accident on Highway 17 east of Kenora.
The O.P.P. say a tractor trailor carrying about 50 thousand pounds of frozen TV dinners, flipped over about a kilometer east of the Highway 71 Junction early yesterday morning.
The highway was closed to one lane for several hours while
the debris was cleaned up.
Police say the driver fell asleep at the wheel, and overcorrected his steering when he realized he was heading for the ditch.
Donald Wilson faces charges of careless driving and failing to maintain a log book.
The O.P.P. say he sustained non-life threatening injuries in the accident.
