Funding Announcement for Dryden-Area Communities

The Eves Government has come through with $1.6 million for various infrastructure projects in the Dryden-area.
$1.2 million in Heritage funding will allow the City to renovate the old Dryden Hydro building and Public Safety building.
Ignace and Wabigoon received money to replace and repair its emergency vehicles, while Eagle Lake First Nation will now be able to make renovations to the community arena.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Jim Wilson made the announcements in Dryden Tuesday afternoon.
