The Kenora District Services Board is spending $60,000 to
boost various childcare programs across the region.
In Kenora, the LOWCDC Triple Play Program is getting $15,000 and the LOWCDC Minto Resource Centre will see $7,700.
The Dryden Mayor’s Committee for Children and Youth is getting
$15,000, while the Red Lake Friendship Centre will see $5,000.
The Mary Berglund Health Centre and Ignace Loonie Lunches will share
about $5,500.
Pro Kids and Sacred Heart School in Sioux Lookout will see a total of
nearly $12,000.
