Funding For Forestry Research Project

A Lakehead University researcher is receiving funding from the Canada Foundation for Innovation for his forestry project.

Lew Christopher is getting a grant of almost $60,000 for researching how trees are harvested to produce new, cost-efficient and green technologies for lumber, pulp, paper, residues and other value added products made from trees.
