$315,000 will be injected into the Dryden Regional Health Centre budget.
The money is from a Federal fund that is distributed by the McGuinty
Liberals.
Hospital CEO Wade Petranik says the cash is earmarked for equipment they have purchased this fiscal year.
Petranik says they will continue to look at funding opportunities for
other long-term capital projects, which includes a CT Scanner.
The Sioux Lookout Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre will see $311,000, Atikokan General will take-in $255,000 and Red Lake will receive $247,000.
Long-Term Care Homes across the Region will share $482,000.
