In loving memory of Gertrude Simpson-Parkes, age 92 years, who passed away peacefully in the Dryden Regional Health Center on Monday, September 19th.
Gertie Simpson-Parkes is survived by her husband Albert, son Dale Bartlett, by 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Roger Lillie of Markham, Ont.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m. in Emmanuel Baptist Church with Pastor Jake Letkeman officiating. Interment will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
Visitation will take place Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. in the Moffat Chapel of the Stevens Funeral Home.
