Get Into the Mix in 2006 Blueberry Festival

Blueberry Bert has come out of hibernation and is ready to celebrate
the 24th Annual Sioux Lookout Blueberry Festival.
The 10-day event starts at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon with the bannock
bakeoff, with the opening ceremonies to follow at 4:00.
The Festival is loaded with activities including CN locomotive
rides, a 3 on 3 hockey tournament, motorcycle show and shine and several
tournaments.
The traditional firefighters social, slo-pitch tournament and the
classic car show ‘n’ shine are other events.
