An exciting partnership has been formed between Minor Girls Hockey programs in Dryden and Kenora.
The two have reached a deal to play regular season games and possibly playoff games, in addition to regular Tournament games.
10-year-old Claudia Trist says it’s great to have a chance to play more competitive games out-of-town.
Trist says they can learn more skills by playing other out-of-town teams.
She stresses the experience will help both programs become more competitive, but will enhance what they have now in building lasting relationships and playing the game they love.
Both Girls Minor Hockey programs in Dryden and Kenora are thrilled with the expansion and stress they want to branch out across the Kenora and Rainy River area.
