Sunset Country is casting a festive spell from October 29th to November 5th, and the cauldron is bubbling with events that are equal parts spooky and spectacular. Whether you’re a bingo-loving bat, a costume-clad creature, or just a fan of fall lights and frightful delights, there’s something brewing for everyone.

Rotary Radio Bingo

The week kicks off with Rotary Radio Bingo on CKDR. Tune in, play along, and let the ghost of good fortune guide your numbers.

Newfoundland & Heritage Club Hallowe’en Bash
Date: Friday, October 31
Time: 9PM – 1AM
Location: Royal Canadian Legion Branch #63

Then the Newfoundland & Labrador Heritage Club Hallowe’en Bash takes over the Legion from 9PM to 1AM. Expect costumes, music, and maybe a few dancing skeletons.

Sioux Lookout


Monster Costume Bingo with the Legion Auxiliary Ladies

Doubling down on the monster mayhem, the Monster Costume Bingo opens its doors at 5:30PM, welcoming Early Birds flying in at 6:30PM.

When the little goblins are tucked in, the grown-ups can head to the Hallowe’en Dance at the Legion from 10PM to 1AM—where the beats are haunting and the costumes are legendary.
