Goldcorp Denying Allegations

Goldcorp and Osisko Mining will have their day in court next month.
A Quebec court has set March 3rd to 5th to here a claim from Osisko that Goldcorp misused confidential information to make a 2.6-billion dollar take-over bid.
Goldcorp is denying allegations it breached any confidentially agreement.
The offer was to expire February 19th, but Goldcorp has now given Osisko’s shareholders until March 10th to consider.
Osisko is recommending rejection.
