The Federal government is investing over $2.1-million for clean water projects in the Kenora riding.
The funding will ensure local residents have access to modern and reliable water and wastewater services.
The City of Dryden is on the receiving end of nearly $593,000 for seven projects.
Kenora will move ahead with 12-projects thanks to a $568,000 investment
Sioux Lookout is getting $317,000 for upgrades to the Water and Sanitary system on Queen Street.
Ignace is receiving $258,000 for two initiatives, while Pickle Lake is getting more than $63,000 for a couple of projects.
Ear Falls is welcoming $232,000 for Wastewater Treatment Plant rehabilitation.
The Municipality of Machin is accepting almost $68,000 to make improvements at the Vermilion Bay Water Treatment Plant.
The provincial government has also provided funding for each specific project.
