Grand Council Treaty #3 Supports Rae Report

The Bob Rae report on Post-Secondary education has sparked an optimistic reaction from Grand Council Treaty #3.
Chief Arnold Gardner says the need for better funding for students
and educational institutions appears to be supported in the report, released
earlier this week.
Gardner is hoping that both the Federal and Provincial Governments
learn from the recommendations and act quickly to improve educational opportunities for aboriginal students.
