Grass fire keeps Dryden firefighters busy Sunday night

At least one wild fire over the weekend.

A grass fire was reported Sunday night shortly after 7:30 in the City of Dryden.

The blaze broke out at the west end of First Street.

Dryden Fire Services says 17 fire fighters responded along with four fire trucks.

The grass fire was quickly brought under control and fire crews prevented further spread.
