The Province has been ordered to pay Grassy Narrows’ legal costs for
the first part of their claim against the Government and
Abitibi-Consolidated.
The First Nation is trying to stop on-going clear-cutting on their
traditional land.
Community Spokesperson Steve Fobister says the ruling is a step in the right
direction.
