Helen Proulx of Grassy Narrows has been sentenced to 6 more months in Police custody.
Proulx was involved in an incident with a Kenora OPP officer last Summer and was shot twice as a result of the incident.
She was charged with Assaulting a Peace Officer with a weapon and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
Her sentencing hearing took place Wednesday.
So far she’s spent 134 days in custody and once she’s released she will serve 12 months probation.
This is her third conviction of Assaulting a Peace Officer.
