Green Power #2

The Pic River First Nation, in Northwestern Ontario is

partnering with a private developer on a green power

generation project.

Indian Affairs and Northern Development Spokesperson

Tony Pudori says the federal government was happy to help

out with an investment of 250-thousand dollars.

The project is expected to generate jobs for the first

nation, which is located 220 kilometres east of Thunder

Bay.
