Abitibi-Bowater is under fire for some of its logging practices in Northwestern Ontario.
Greenpeace has just released a report on clear-cut logging activities in the English River Forest between Ignace and Thunder Bay.
Author of the report Kim Fry says they have a number of recommendations in the report.
Fry says they are concerned with Abitibi’s logging practices, because the company has already failed a number of audits.
She adds they are concerned that logging activity could harm the woodland caribou population.
