The Progressive Conservative candidate in Kenora-Rainy Rainy River is thanking Sarah Campbell for her years of political service.
The NDP member has announced that she won’t be seeking re-election next year.
Greg Rickford says he appreciates the work that has been done by Campbell.
Rickford says he worked closely with Campbell when he was a Federal minister and he respects her dedication and commitment.
He adds he respects her decision to spend more time with her family, noting he has two young children of his own.
No date has been announced for the NDP nomination in Kenora-Rainy River.
