Greg Rickford Touting Federal Budget

The latest Federal budget strikes the perfect balance between fiscal restraint and job creation.
That’s the reaction from Kenora MP Greg Rickford.
Rickford says the budget contains a number of positives for Northerners including a hiring credit for small businesses, the continuation of the gas tax fund and the extension of the work sharing program.
Rickford adds other highlights include a loan forgiveness program for health care professionals as well as a tax credit for volunteer firefighters.
