The Kenora ‘AAA’ Midget Thistles couldn’t solve the top team in the standings dropping an 8-3 decision to the Winnipeg Wild Friday night.
Dryden’s Ben Hackl and Sam Brunton scored two of the Thistles goals, while former Paperking Dylan Winsor added an assist.
Kenora heads to Winnipeg Saturday for a 3:30 game against the Thrashers.
