It won’t be a bone chilly evening for trick-or-treaters in Dryden.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Service says Winter won’t be going away, but it won’t be bad weather.
Laidlaw says it will be cloudy but there will be good visibility.
Laidlaw says there will be a light southerly wind, with the temperature hovering around -4.
He notes it will be fairly windy in the morning hours, but notes they should subside by the early afternoon.
