NDP Leader Howard Hampton isn’t fazed about an upcoming
Provincial by-election.
Hampton says his party should have no problem winning
the seats required to maintain official party status in
the legislature.

Premier Dalton McGuinty recently said no matter what the
outcome of the by-election, the NDP will be able to keep
it’s official status.
Hampton feels the statement is just another of the
Premier’s election promises.
