The McGuinty Government has rearranged his cabinet, and
NDP Leader Howard Hampton is questioning the appointments.
Donna Cansfield was moved from the Energy portfolio to
Transportation, while Dwight Dunan will fill her spot.
Hampton says it’s a risky move bringing back the
recently cleared Sorbara.
