The provincial election is still four months away but that’s not stopping the New Democrats from leaking parts of their platform.
N.D.P. leader Howard Hampton says one of the things he’d like to see implemented in Ontario is a dental care program for children and low income residents.
He says agencies like health units and family health teams could offer the program.
