Hampton on Energy Cap

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton says an extension of the price
cap on electricity rates does little for the troubled forest industry.
Power rates for big users will drop to 4.6-cents in May, but return
to 4.7-cents in 2007.
Hampton says it’s a band-aid solution.

n063 runs: 23 sec. out…alot more.

The NDP Leader notes Northwestern Ontario needs a separate electricity
plan to save local Mills.
