Hampton Pleased With By-Election Win

The NDP party in Ontario is feeling confident after winning a
by-election in Toronto on Thursday.
Leader Howard Hampton says the victory not only gives them 9-seats in
the Legislature but gives them momentum heading into next year’s Provincial
Election.
The Kenora-Rainy River MPP says the Toronto Riding was supposed to be
a safe seat for the Liberals.
