Northwestern Ontario has been hit hard because Premier McGuinty has
ignored the cries for help.
That according to NDP Leader Howard Hampton who blames skyrocketing
electricity prices and misguided policies for the planned layoffs at the
Abitibi Mill in Kenora.
Hampton says the Government doesn’t understand the impact the forest
sector has on the Provincial economy.
