Hampton Says Low-Income Families will Suffer

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is accusing the Premier of
breaking another campaign promise.
Wednesday, the Ontario Energy Board announced residential hydro rates
will increase up to 15% starting in May.
Hampton says the hike is more then people realize and notes it goes
against the Liberals pledge to cap electricity rates.
The NDP Leader adds a scheduled rebate for low-income families won’t
help them make ends meet.
