The leader of the New Democrat Party in Ontario wants to
see a solid plan for the ailing manufacturing sector.
Kenora Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton says the sector
should be the first priority for the McGuinty Government.

the throne to target key issues, and not for promise
making.
