Hampton Upset with Water Proposal

Howard Hampton says Canadians should not be surprised that some
American Cities are looking north for help with water supply woes.
The Kenora-Rainy River MPP says a recent proposal from Fargo, North
Dakota to divert water from Lake of the Woods to that City would have to go
through the proper channels.
With a growing water shortage in much of the Western U.S., Hampton
adds municipalities along international bodies of water need to be on
guard.
