Yes today is the day!
If the famous Groundhogs around the country see their shadows it’s six more weeks of winter – which for most is viewed as a negative thing. If the hogs don’t see their shadows folklore says we’ll have an early spring – which many consider a good thing.
Whether you believe or not let’s have some fun with this day and forget about what Mother Nature might or might not bring us when it comes to the weather. She’s going to do what she’s going to do and we really can’t change that fact despite what the groundhog predictions turn out to be today.
Instead let’s have our famous rodents predict something that YOU would not like….and would like to happen – other than the weather!!
I’ll go first…..
If the Groundhog sees his shadow today (not good)………..I will run out of clean underwear before Sunday!!
If the Groundhog doesn’t see his shadow today (good)……I will win a lifetime supply of Doritos and Wine Gums!!
